When the door was finished there was a pinched seal so the owner very kindly came back and fixed it but in doing so he had to prize the frame surround off and on putting it back marked the frame in several places. I contacted him and he promised to come back and sort it that week but three weeks on we have heard nothing. It's a shame cause other than that we were happy with the door and understand and realise sometimes that things don't go perfect and that's fine. Have waited a while before replying just in case they were busy. I have still said I would recommend because most of the service was good.

Initial consultation in showroom courteous and informative. Product offered ideal, supported by photos of similar installations in same area. Installation careful and unhurried and completed to a good standard. Area left clean and tidy and all debris removed.
