I had a problem with one of the fitters who was very patronising. He definitely would not have spoken to a male in the same manner. I was also disappointed that there was no follow up courtesy call to ensure I was happy with the completed work.The quality of the window and patio doors is very good and they have been fitted well, but I would not have them again if the same fitter did the work.
