The sales team/management are lovely but a bit flaky, however the fitters are absolutely outstanding. A pleasure to have in the home, clean and tidy, and they did the job as if it were their own house. No corners cut, real care in every detail, and so friendly and helpful. Sean/Shaun (I don’t know how it is spelled) led the installation and took genuine pride in his work. He redid things he wasn’t happy with that I just wouldn’t have spotted myself – tiny details. He’s a real perfectionist. I couldn’t be happier.

Only slight criticism is that we needed to chase up a few details, and one window was delivered incorrect, but this was very quickly rectified. I had a problem with one of the fitters who was very patronising. He definitely would not have spoken to a male in the same manner. I was also disappointed that there was no follow up courtesy call to ensure I was happy with the completed work.The quality of the window and patio doors is very good and they have been fitted well, but I would not have them again if the same fitter did the work.
