Excellent family business

We have now used Thermogreen for 3 projects and plan to do so for a fourth next year, when we are looking to have a sun room built on the rear of our house. I heartily recommend them as top quality for customer service and fitting of new windows and doors.

Very pleasant and professional on first enquiry at the showroom. Estimate and measurements dealt with on two visits shortly afterwards. Fitting was done a short time later by two very pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable workmen to a very high standard and a request for further work from them was dealt with quickly. I cannot but give them all the highest recommendation.

A real pleasure! The work was done efficiently, the workmen doing the work were very accommodating and clean too. They worked well as a team and took particular care to ensure our indoor cat didn�t escape. The fitting was first rate. All rubbish was cleared away and the seal finish around the windows even impressed our professional decorator! As you can tell, we�re delighted and wouldn�t hesitate to recommend ThermoGreen to our friends – indeed we already have!

Efficient work from a friendly team

At the sales end very competent however installers had to return several times to complete installation eg missed sealing around door etc left a huge crack in the wall done when removing old windows and not rectified at install had to be called back and even then finish of repair not great ended up getting own guy in to repair properly not what was sold or expected as installation was expensive compared to other quotes but went with them on the basis of the sales guy should have gone maybe for alternative supplier in hindsight.

We have had all windows and doors replaced and I have nothing but praise for ThermoGreen. We were given all the information we needed to make the right choices and the fitters who carried out the work did a great job. They were, at all times, polite, helpful and very professional.

This is the second job they have done for us and happy overall but workmen spilt adhesive on a carpet and did not tell customer. When we discovered this it had dried hard but the company said the workmen did not do the damage and reluctantly offered �50 which barely covered materials to help try and patch the carpet. I have done this but it is clearly noticeable so very disappointed as otherwise a good job. Not sure we would therefore use again.

The level of service we received from ThermoGreen was very high. We were kept informed of the progress of our order and when it was likely to be delivered. We were very pleased with the installation and impressed with the level of workmanship. The fitters were friendly, professional, organised and they kept the work area tidy. Highly recommended.

They fitted the bi-fold doors but one of them is binding a bit, so that is why I gave the workmanship 10. I have alerted them and they are coming back to fix it. All in all, we were very happy with the way the contractors worked and we are very pleased with the doors.

Sam and his team did an excellent job over the scheduled 2 – week period. The site was always left in a safe and tidy state at the end of each day. On completion of the job and clearance of all waste materials the site was left in a very clean state.

Very proffessional company. from start to finish we have always been kept up to date with what was going on. The tradesmen that put up the structure and did the windows and doors worked to a very high standard.

This contractor is 5 star. Could not be better.

We had a very good survey undertaken, the installation team confirmed an agreed date and time. The fitter arrived on time and completed the work, left the area very clean and provided guidance and advise on the door locking methods and how to get additional keys.
