The level of service we received from ThermoGreen was very high. We were kept informed of the progress of our order and when it was likely to be delivered.
We were very pleased with the installation and impressed with the level of workmanship. The fitters were friendly, professional, organised and they kept the work area tidy.

Excellent service from quote to completion. We were given honest and clear advice from the start, communication was clear and considerate, the work itself timely and done to a high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend.

They fitted the bi-fold doors but one of them is binding a bit, so that is why I gave the workmanship 10. I have alerted them and they are coming back to fix it. All in all, we were very happy with the way the contractors worked and we are very pleased with the doors.

A very professional job was carried out and on finding that one of the window opener handles was defective it was rectified promptly despite them having to order a replacement item. Also when we informed them that the new back door seemed harder to open/ Close compared to the front door (both doors were identical) this was also rectified promptly. A very friendly team overall from the young girl in the shop who gave us loads of advice and answered all of our questions, the gentleman who came round to measure up and provide the quote and the fitting team.

First Class Server

We were really pleased with the service we received from Thermogreen from when we first contacted them to the completed installation of the windows and doors chosen. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people. Extremely satisfied with the service, workmanship and quality of the product.

Sam and his team did an excellent job over the scheduled 2 - week period. The site was always left in a safe and tidy state at the end of each day. On completion of the job and clearance of all waste materials the site was left in a very clean state.

I don't believe they care about the customer. We have an issue with a window they fitted which was sagging in the middle. They said it was the weight of the bricks above causing the sag so agreed to fit a lintel. They fitted a lintel but it doesn't sit on the brickwork at one side so clearly isn't being held up on the brickwork. Today they have told us to get in a builder to put in a proper lintel??? I asked whether they consider this and he said no they don't. This will now cost me money and I am going to get a Building Inspector out to check it.

Thermogreen staff were excellent from booking and arranging to their workmen arriving and maintaining cleanliness right from the start. They were freindly and approachable and over 2 days completed everythinig barring one brick which needed a little more attention. They came back immediatley and sorted it out. Thank you.

This contractor is 5 star. Could not be better.

We had a very good survey undertaken, the installation team confirmed an agreed date and time. The fitter arrived on time and completed the work, left the area very clean and provided guidance and advise on the door locking methods and how to get additional keys.
