Happy with the work carried out, pleasantly surprised installing 4 windows was quicker than I thought. There were issues or concerns, everything was done in a professional manner.
The windows look great, made the rooms like mote bright and modern.

We are very pleased with our new windows and doors. Particularly impressed with the quality of workmanship. The window fitters were personable, and answered any queries we had.

One site operative was rude to me (main contractor) and to the client and was told not to come back to site. The office contact, rather than apologise, only exacerbated the situation with her rudeness. The windows were very poorly fitted and required several days of remedial works from the main contract team. 
Very disappointed with the window contractor. The worst subcontractors I have dealt with in 29 years of trading. Ratings do not allow a zero which is why they are rated as 1.  Awful.

If it wasn’t for the new front door we wouldn’t have known they had been working there!I think our ratings say it all.

They were excellent, made no mess, and finished in a short time. Will use the co. again as & when.

Arrived a day later than stated, frustrating when you plan other elements around this( occupying children to ensure they’re out the way during jnstallation and putting dog in the kennels). Company were quite disregarding with this being an issue.Pushy for payment as this in 100% upfront when fitting commences not on completion.Sales rep was polite and offered sound advice/ideas.Fitters on day we’re great too, worked around kids early on morning. Prompt both days. Very good quality workmanship.

Very happy with installation of bay window and the quality of the window. The lads who installed it were excellent and even cleaned the window and left no mess for me to clean up. Very satisfied.

Fitters spotted a defect with original door. Highlighted the problem and organised to have another made.Replacement door checked prior to delivery so no concerns re fitting.Excellent service.

Workmen were quick and efficient. Warm friendly people who checked Ì was happy with the work. They explained the work and confirmed work was done correctly which Ì appreciated. Would recommend them.Found Gemma was easy to work who helped with finding a slot for the work on my day off.

excellent workmanship

The first frame was clearly faulty but this company still went ahead and fitted it obviously hoping I wouldn�t say anything. Second door was fitted with the locking mechanism not working properly, had to come back again but never turned up on the day they said they would. To try and cure the problem with the locking mechanism the fitter actually chiselled a bigger gap in the door. How long this door will last is any ones guess but hopefully the guarantee will be of use if it goes wrong.

Communication was great, pricing was reasonable and the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction.

From initial contact to finishing the job these are the best building contractors that I have ever had undertake work for me.

Good job but very untidy

A surveyor failed to turn up & didn�t contact me to let me know or apologise.He left it to the office to phone me the following day.

The contractor started on the due date, completed the job within a week .Given the short days and variable weather conditions it was quite outstanding how they coped.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.

Highly professional, polite, friendly & courteous service provided by all staff from initial consultation through to final fitting.The Administrator kept us fully informed and updated on the delivery and installation timescales at all times & the window fitters were professional, competent and tidy in their work. The double glazed windows are of high quality & already proving to be energy efficient. Without hesitation would highly recommend KP Glass.

The work was carried out promptly, politely and with minimal disruption to the household. I never recommend contractors although I would always confirm that KP GLass did an excellent job.

Need to be more customer-focused during the installation.

The installation team had an extremely good and rare work ethic. Arrived, worked, cleared, departed, Polite and smart Team.- a pleasure to have around the house- especially when two dogs had to be negotiated. The quality and fit of windows and doors to very high standard.Also the initial survey and choosing of window/doors from the sales department and subsequent contact exceptional- always on hand when needed and helpful.We have the same Team coming again to replace gables .
