I would recommend , but with a warning that they demand final payment before work starts.

The 2 contractors were lovely and very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were fantastic they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything done. They did a fantastic job and we are really please with all the windows.

I rent the property at 19 Playford Close, Rothwell, and my agents Results Estates, Rothwell in an email to me of 28 March 2023 stated : "No issues with the new windows or doors, tenants said they already feel difference its much warmer in house and looks lovely.''
The staff and KP Glass Ltd., were very helpful and the process of selecting windows , glass, doors and installation seemed to be very efficient.

Fitters did an excellent job ~ very impressed and highly recommend.

The Workmen arrive on time very pleasent, left the work neat and tidy .

The rep that came to us was quite pushy and didn't fully understand or explain the products. We felt there were assumptions made about us as and she therefore treated us accordingly (as if we would pay over the odds as we have a larger than average house.
There were various mistakes made resulting in a second home visit as our initial choice wasn't possible.
We are happy with the end product and the customer service from Gemma once we were dealing directly with her.

All work completed on time to a high standard. Kept me fully informed from ordering to installation.

Only complaint I had was that we asked for 6 keys but were only provided 3.

The installation of my fathers patio doors was smooth and hassle free.
The contractors were so patient and kind to my aged father .
Not even a mark on surrounding paint work .
Great value and the doors strong substantial the handles were also great quality ,I would highly recommend this company and the makers of the doors many thanks

excellent workmanship

Communication was great, pricing was reasonable and the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction.

The first frame was clearly faulty but this company still went ahead and fitted it obviously hoping I wouldn’t say anything. Second door was fitted with the locking mechanism not working properly, had to come back again but never turned up on the day they said they would. To try and cure the problem with the locking mechanism the fitter actually chiselled a bigger gap in the door. How long this door will last is any ones guess but hopefully the guarantee will be of use if it goes wrong.

From initial contact to finishing the job these are the best building contractors that I have ever had undertake work for me.

The contractor started on the due date, completed the job within a week .
Given the short days and variable weather conditions it was quite outstanding how they coped.

Highly professional, polite, friendly & courteous service provided by all staff from initial consultation through to final fitting.
The Administrator kept us fully informed and updated on the delivery and installation timescales at all times & the window fitters were professional, competent and tidy in their work. The double glazed windows are of high quality & already proving to be energy efficient. Without hesitation would highly recommend KP Glass.
