Mr Townsend is a true tradesman.He asked what we wanted and advise was free coming through out the consultation.He said that he would send the plans as agreed with the quote.We never felt pressured at any point throughout the whole process.He is such a concise person and the job mattered from installation through to the final trimming .He was so clean and tidy at all timesWe were so impressed, essentially my wife , and that takes some doing!We decided to ask Paul to quote on another job based on his work and work ethics.I can assure anyone that Paul has your interest in hand
