We recently used Medway Windows & Doors Ltd and were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the team kept us informed every step of the way.

The installers were polite, courteous, and highly professional. Their workmanship was of a very high standard, and they completed the installation efficiently while leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards.

Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows and doors with outstanding customer service.

I found that a solvent used in the process, namely “Type 32 UPVC Solvent Cleaner”, had a lingering and pervasive odour.
As the composite door was fitted during a period of cold weather it was not possible to open all doors and windows to allow the solvent
vapour to dissipate more quickly. Having read the SAFETY DATA SHEET (According to REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006,
as amended by UK REACH Regulations SI 2019/758) I am concerned that no warning was given about the effects, aesthetic or otherwise,
regarding the potential use of this solvent. I feel that customers should be made aware in advance since some may experience an adverse
reaction upon breathing in the fumes.

I’ve got to say its taken me over 20yrs to get these windows replaced, and it was well worth the wait. Having no knowledge about window fittings etc, the contractor was absolutely patient with me, I told her what I was visualising and in return she advice/explained whether it was legal or safe. The fitters are professional with great service and rapport, I received after service care and for that I would highly recommend their service.

Friendly and they get the job done.

One of the windows had to be remade 3 or 4 times due to the surveyor not doing correct drawings and then the supplier making mistakes. The surveyor never showed us the drawings of the windows, which caused the original problem. However, the owner of the company did her best to try to correct these mistakes.
