They were very professional from initial visit to the end of the installation. We were kept updated on the progress of our order and were able to set mutually convenient date for installation. We were very pleased with the respectful way they treated our house, and the way the installers kept us updated on their progress and discussed any issues.  They left everywhere clean and tidy.

Everything proceeded exactly as we were told. Workman arrived on time and carried out everything as per schedule. All my questions were answered by the very efficient office staff.

Overall we were satisfied with the final outcome of the work, however, I gave a lower score for workmanship due to the error of one of the windows not being completed correctly and causing a leak and damage to the property. That being said, we cannot fault the customer service we were given when this issue was raised and the efficiency and time given to rectify the problem was faultless. We would not hesitate using the company again in the future.

Giles and the office staff were excellent to deal with and the team who did the work were friendly and helpful. The workmanship was excellent and we are pleased with the windows. Our only reservations are (1) the stair carpet was only partially covered so dirt from the work was falling on it, and no protection was put over the wooden floor in the hall until we asked for this (2) there was some damage done to the walls up the stairs although we accept that it was a challenge fitting in the tower that was needed to access the window above the stairs.

One of the original Velux windows had been incorrectly fitted when installed some 30 or so years ago and this had caused damage to some structural timber around the window opening. This required unexpected additional work, which was very professionally remedied by Gile�s team. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided from the initial consultation with Giles to the finished product. The replacement of 2 Velux windows, originally fitted in 1986, was completed by Giles and Nick in one day in clean and orderly fashion. They used dust sheets and protection for the floors where they were working and everything was left clean and tidy when they finished.
