The form for downloading the certificate is unclear and does not point out that feedback is mandatory in order to obtain the certificate. Also, it is inappropriate for the customer to be asked to provide date of birth details. This is an excessive collection of personal data and contrary to the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR

The wood was very damaged around the frame following installation . We did ask to keep the frame and although we were told that there may be some damage we did not realise it would be so substantial.

Surbiton Glass were fantastic throughout the whole process, from quotation stage right through to the installation. They encountered a couple of problems on installation day due to unforeseen issues with the area in my house – they sorted everything out very quickly and without fuss. The director, Andrius Lazauskas, was on site together with three of his colleagues and they worked tirelessly throughout the day to achieve a superb result. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
