As part of this job, they changed all the front windows, fascias, soffits and gutters and build a new porch. The quality of the work is very good and according to what was agreed. The communication was very good and they were always open to discuss different options. I would definitely recommend them.

The work completed was good, the chaps who completed the work were working in freezing conditions and carried on regardless. The roof and bifold doors are perfect and exactly what we wanted. The plastering on the ceiling was also very good however the wall was not so great hence me not scoring a 10. We are still waiting on a couple of things to be completed which I am sure will get done. I would recommend this company because of the fact the chaps who done the work were very good, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The instalation of the windows was dreadful. A job that should have taken 4 days took 8 weeks to complete because they had to keep coming back to resolve issues. The issues we found with the installation made us question all the work we couldn’t see, however, the installers would not re-fit the windows

From the very start and throughout the complete house installation of new windows and doors there has been excellent communication and service, any problems got sorted immediately. Lee understood what was requested, and helped bring design idea to reality while assisting in other areas of the project.I would highly recommend Lee and this company, I will be sure to use the company again on my next project.

I was generally happy with the job but the knocker was installed in the wrong position.

No sills installed causing lots of water to come through the walls of the property. Some of the sills that have been installed are too short and don’t extend past the brickwork. One of the windows has been installed under a rotting wood beam. Internals were not tidied up and therefore requested to come back. Internals were still not finished properly. challenges that a bricked up door did not have the DPC installed, I was informed that it had been, further review from a building inspector, I have been informed that it hasn’t been and also that the brickwork is not correct, so the bricks, window & wood beam need to be stripped back out. Also the main large window without a sill must be removed and a sill put in place to deflect water.

A polite, hands-on business owner who is proactive in resolving any issues. Prices are reasonable too.
