I had to wait 6 months for this certificate. I had to call and text the chap that I dealt with over all them months and most of the time I never even got a reply . Customer service is non existent. Very disappointed as I had some more work that I need to do but I will definitely not use Chris ever again .

Easy to deal with and advised on the process and get the install arranged, time for job completion was accurate to what I was told. All care was taken with this install from the start to the completion regarding the removal of brickwork to the French door install and finally the plaster work upon completion.Great price there was no other company that could match or even come close to the price we got so I would recommend to all.

Spoke to Chris with a few issues and he put them right straight away .

Generally work was carried out well, and promptly, but have found scratches on some of the windows. Also they could have tidied up after themselves a little better as I found stripes and screws in the gardens. My bedroom shelf had been damaged, but I requested they put a strip over it, which they did.

Still not visited to inspect the marks in the glass in the windows. This has been months yet. Visit needs to happen soon to avoid complaint.

The service was very good and when there were some minor aspects of the installation I was not happy with, Kevin personally ensured they were resolved quickly with no quibble.
