Easy to deal with and advised on the process and get the install arranged, time for job completion was accurate to what I was told. All care was taken with this install from the start to the completion regarding the removal of brickwork to the French door install and finally the plaster work upon completion.

Great price there was no other company that could match or even come close to the price we got so I would recommend to all.

Ian came to view the job, measured up and was very clear in the way he was going to do the work. He gave me a clear quote in which he stuck to with no problems.
Ian came back to install the windows and doors and did an excellent job. very neat and tidy cleared up after himself and left the job neat

Generally work was carried out well, and promptly, but have found scratches on some of the windows. Also they could have tidied up after themselves a little better as I found stripes and screws in the gardens. My bedroom shelf had been damaged, but I requested they put a strip over it, which they did.

Still not visited to inspect the marks in the glass in the windows. This has been months yet. Visit needs to happen soon to avoid complaint.

Considering the current climate (COVID-19 lock-down), causing changes in manufacturing timescales, and being in high demand etc, Kev and his team got our job done as soon as possible and were very accommodating with our requests during the process. Thank you.

The service was very good and when there were some minor aspects of the installation I was not happy with, Kevin personally ensured they were resolved quickly with no quibble.
