Installer advised units would be no worse sound insulation wise than 20+ yrs old units they were replacing, this is not the case. Questioned performance frames/glass told they weren�t at fault. Offered option of upgrading glass at our cost -�1000 pounds, which we are not in position to do. We are left with a noisy house, which is not as acoustically well insulated and living on a main this has affected our quality of life. As only windows have been changed this must be as a result of their installation. Had to chase replacements of faulty and damaged units multiple times. We discovered th

Had to chase up the Certass certificate months after install had taken place. They are not automatically submitting these after every job as I know of other customers who also haven’t yet received their certificates because they haven’t submitted them.
