Tried to make a complaint that bay window was noisy and didnt think gaps were filled in correctly. Just came back with try acoustic glass. Carpet in upstairs bedroom dirty with brick dust and covering all of bedroom. Downstairs bedroom window was leaking due to gap not being filled under soffit, husband had to rectify it. Lounge bay wall was cracked when estimator came to look at previous window which still needs filling properly.

The fitter was working for/with Birley Moor Windows and completed to job to a very acceptable standard.We have no issues with his workmanship and he was a very pleasant guy, came in down the job without any dramas

Most of the windows have marks and have been touched up was told by the installer they dont touch the windows up but in a email they said they would come out and re do the touching up ???Had to come back out and change 2 faulty glass units a peeling window sill and transum on french doors that had several areas that had been touched up .Installers cancelled fitting day and didnt let us know had to wait another 2 weeks .

Very professional and provided a competitive price. Work was carried out over 3 days each time to a very high standard of workmanship and all mess cleared up afterwards by the window fitters who were both pleasant and hard working. Very pleased with the product and the team at Birleymoor Windows Limited and I would recommend them.

2 of the windows still dont close properly when trying to put the opener on night vent setting even after installer have been back twice to adjust them ??

The only reason I scored 8 on reliability and timekeeping was they let me down on the original fitting date and I wasted a day’s holiday. They rang at 2pm in the afternoon to inform me they wouldn’t be able to make it due to a delay on an earlier job. Very frustrating at the time but they did move things around and installed later that week.
