Throughout the process the company have provided a very professional and friendly service, from initial enquiry through to fitting.

Work completed by fitter was done professionally and in a clean, orderly and friendly manner. We were led to believe that more fitters would be on the job such that the fitting time took longer than we expected but only by a small amount and it was done efficiently overall.

Nothing to add, from order to installation everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the finished article

In the absence of any clear indication, an assumption is made that this survey is in relation to the recent installation of a replacement front door and windows rather than the back door, kitchen window and conservatory undertaken a few months previously.

Installation was carried out to a very high standard by a very professional team. A couple of issues were identified post installation which, at time of writing, are in the course of resolution. It is for this reason that a perfect score has not been given for workmanship standards. Customer service also did not receive a perfect score because of an apparent disconnect between customer concerns and requirements and the timeliness and adequacy of the contractor's response.
