End fitting was very good. There was an issue with the doors opening the wrong way, but Silvertree prompt to come back and rectify with the manufacturer, so happy with their service.

The quote was competitive and communication was straightforward. Surveyor and fitters knew what they were talking about and answered all my questions. Communication could have been better re. window pane dimensions and sight lines as ‘like for like’ resulted in some changes to the original layout, but everything looks OK in the end.

Very happy with the design, the product, the price, the designer and installers, but erratic communication between us and the office – and installers and the office – caused delays and frustration, after the initial replacement of a large, double-glazed living-room window with a triple-glazed one in January left us with two cracked panes at the top . The second of these was finally replaced at the end of March. Staff were pleasant and very apologetic, and despite our mixed experience we would be willing to give Silvertree the benefit of the doubt and use them again!

The contractor completed the job. However, the quality of the work in my view was sub standard. They had to come back out to replace a window handle that the installer broke. They will also have to come back and replace tiling which they damaged.

The contractor initially made some mistakes with the measurements of the door, but they rectified them free-of-charge and as swiftly as they could given the global shortage of material. The two men who performed the fitting were friendly, polite and efficient. The quality of the work appears very high.

We only had 1 fitter who fitted 3 large windows on his own which we felt was quite dangerous having to drag a window over our extension and drop 1 window slowly down onto our patio , this was not the fitters fault , we just felt it was unsafe ! We did express our concerns to Silver Tree.

In general, the work was undertaken well, but there was one major issue whereby one of the large bifolds was delivered in the wrong size. The first contact from Silvertree on the topic was a visit from Rob Cull the owner who dragged me out of a meeting (i’m home working) & spent about 20 mins shouting at me in the garden about not calling him up about his mistake. then he tried to bully me into accepting liability. Cutting a long story short, I had to find an alternative buyer for the wrong size door, so that I didnt have to pay �1500 extra, then before completing the job (it was 98% complete) he invoiced me, I said i’d pay when he finishes it, and he called me and was abusive over the phone. He then proceded to come to my house at 8am in the morning & continued to verbaly abuse me.

I am still waiting for a piece of gasket to be fitted
