Professional in all aspects of requirement. Work carried out in a professional manner, on time, within budget and area kept clean at all times. All safety requirements adhered to.

Work carried out to excellent standard, but contractor was very difficult to get in touch with.

There was a delay of two weeks as one of the windows delivered was wrong. However, the workmanship was excellent and the windows and doors look great.

Ordered the wrong products then went on holiday leaving our property unsecured while we were away. Charged a fortune to take a couple of bricks out, my husband had already done 90% of the work but he wouldn’t reduce the invoice and then threatened to take us to court.

Trader's Response

Disappointing review, the client wanted a window replaced with a door & window, the client and ourselves agreed the sizes and a quote to remove the bricks was given. When the order arrived, the door was correct but the window needed resizing. The client was informed and given the option of waiting for a replacement or to fit the door and to fit the new window at a later stage. The client opted to proceed with the door and bricks to be removed, the building was secured and we returned to fit the window upon their return. The work was signed off but brickwork payment withheld for several weeks.

His lack of communication to myself was very poor
