We wanted to use a local independent firm and Belvedere met these criteria. Initial site meeting and advice was very good, sharing products and designs different to what we initially were looking for. Workmanship and product was excellent. The installation team were very pleasant and helpful, and respectful at all times. Unfortunately, Belvedere let themselves down with poor communications and being unable to meet promised schedules, or reply to concerns and queries in a timely manner.

The customer service received from Luke throughout the whole process (site visit / ordering / installing) was second to noneHis product knowledge was excellent and he took plenty of time to explain about our various design options and colour choicesThe instalation team were very polite and chatty and answered any questions I had during the instalation, they worked clean and tidy and there was only the expected bit of mess that comes with this type of installation
