We wanted to use a local independent firm and Belvedere met these criteria. Initial site meeting and advice was very good, sharing products and designs different to what we initially were looking for. Workmanship and product was excellent. The installation team were very pleasant and helpful, and respectful at all times. Unfortunately, Belvedere let themselves down with poor communications and being unable to meet promised schedules, or reply to concerns and queries in a timely manner.

Better timekeeping would be appreciated and communicating to the client regularly where unforeseen delays happen rather than the client having to chase.
