We have quite a large house and chose Endeavour to replace the 21 windows, front and back doors and two sets of French doors. Jack and his fitting team were skilled, polite, very professional and tidied up each night of the fours days they were with us. The materials they used were of extremely high quality with the locks for the doors and French windows coming with their own manufacturers monetary warranties.
My wife and I are delighted with the finished product and the enhancement to the overall aesthetics of the house.
I highly recommend Endeavour as your first choice as a company that puts its customers first.

The company responds very well to query’s, the lads worked hard fitting my windows, only time will tell as to the quality and longevity of the windows themselves, but so far very pleased.

From the start to the finish this whole process has been outstanding with absolutely no problems to comment on. The windows are outstanding and we are thrilled to say the least.

Product suitability is low as the window which was provided didn�t fit and we had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement to be fitted.

Although most of the work was carried out by two very professional fitters, which we were enormously pleased with, we were messed about with the completion of the work which was caused by management. All the work was completed within 3 days except for the patio doors, and that’s when the lies and messing about started. It took another 8 weeks just to get patio doors fitted

Workmen we’re extremely helpful and reliable and incredibly tidy throughout Few issues but always on hand to sort and rectify.

Some mix up over time to expect door fitter. Advised when booked it would be AM, the call the evening before confirmed PM. The fitter turned up on the morning. Luckily I was in, so not a problem. Everything else was excellent. Really pleased with the door.

Very happy with the installation of our windows and doors. Kieran our fitter was very professional, tidy and a perfectionist. When there was an issue with the front door he informed us straight away and alternative arrangements were made.Happy with the salesman, other companies had been really pushy until the point we felt uncomfortable in our own home. Josh was polite, spoke about options, gave us a quote there was no constant follow up calls.All in all a good experience.

A somewhat qualified “Yes”. Quality of product (windows & frames), timekeeping, price, general tidiness was good. We were a little disappointed with the willingness to cover up big gaps in plaster with trim, and the state of the window cleanliness on completion.

Substandard workmanship that has resulted in our roofline being severley compromised and damaged. They do not follow their own complaints procedure. It has taken them 6 weeks to make any sort of contact and 8 weeks to visit our home to discuss the problems. We have been left very distressed and upset at how Endeavour Windows have treated us. The work we had done was to future proof our home for many years to come, but this has not been the case. We are now left with a roofline in a worse condition than when they started and will potentially have to pay thousands of pounds ourselves to rec

The building work required for this project was 10/10, but the window installation itself would have been completed better if done, not by the builder, but by a window fitter, as it was not a straightforward project (larger panes of glass, etc). There were several snagging issues to resolve, which is not an easy process to go through for supplier or customer, we were left feeling as though we were too “picky” by the aftersales rep, which spoilt an otherwise very satisfactory experience with Endeavour and it’s employees.

Initial work completed on schedule but remedial work was required to some elements of the installation. Unfortunately this took 6 months and 4 visits by different installers to complete to satisfaction

Fitted clear glass in en suite when obscured was requested. Replaced but took three weeks

The sales description did not meet the overall service given. The quality of the products is as promised but service reliability was poor. I understand that due to Covid there have been some supply issues, that said, the delays and rescheduling of final fit was not reliable and is why I have given the ratings that I have. I would reluctantly recommend this supplier!

Endeavor Widows are not the cheapest. However, they are extremely good. I have recommended them to two very close friends.

Good value for money and a swift service

On completion the work could of been better buy fixing windows correctlyAnd finishings more neater ie cement around window not on frames cannot take of due to setting and that could not see this well as upstair only noticed while painting. Lastly should of cleaned up well after finishing but didn’t!!

The worst experience I have ever had with window company. Late installation poor quality windows the wind blows through. Snagging list as long as my arm doors do not close properly. Will never use endeavour windows again

The windows were fitted but some areas of the patio and panoramic window were left very gappy – so to speakThis room was previously plastered and therefore costs were additional To the fit – the doors and windows were very appealing and look great It�s just the finishing product could have been tidier

Workmanship was initially unsatisfactory of the fitting of front bay window but this was put right to a satisfactory standard on completion

Work was completed(eventually)to good standard, few issues which were sorted.Customer service/communication and production problems from beginning to end was terrible, lots of issues, took a year to complete.

Poor communication and poorly organised once deposit and finance were agreed. Part of our order (glass) was missing for several weeks. On two occasions we were told installers would attend and then nobody showed. Required us to follow up rather than their proactive communication.

I can�t praise these guys enough . I needed windows fitting ASAP, and I rang around many places getting quotes for double & triple glazed windows. These guys were the cheapest by far but also very good in quality based on reading reviews and speaking to them. These could also get the windows measured and installed quickest out of all the places I contacted regarding installation estimates. AllCommunication was excellent. The guys that fitted the windows were great. All mess cleaned away and a fine job done with the windows.
