I highly recommend this company they were excellent from my first contact to final installation of the door which is of a very high quality.

The door was damaged on cassettes around the window and they mentioned fitter noticed but I didn’t say anything. I feel he should of highlighted this before he left. when I contacted them about it they said they would send me some paint to touch it up, which I refused considering I had paid a lot of money for a new door. They did replace the damaged parts a few weeks later. Overall they made me feel I was be awkward and the customer service was very poor. Also the overall price was very confusing they did not really highlight the extra charge for fitting etc so unfortunately I will not recommend them

  I was very happy with the finish I thought I may have to come home to some decorating as our old doors where very old, and wasn’t sure what damage may occur taking them out and fitting the new ones.  But not a mark anywhere and everything was sealed and looking very good.  Very happy thank you

Brilliant service from start to finish.

The work carried out was very professional. When they came to carry out the Survey of the windows I asked quite a lot of questions regarding the product and they were all answered in a way I could understand. The Salesman was very knowledgeable especially when it came to how they would do the Curved window which had to be made to order. The fitters were also very good, turned up on time and also explained everything I needed to know about the new windows. They left absolutly no mess at all. Fantastic job I`m really pleased

Contractor was great but unfortunately the ironmongery doesn’t match our current windows and apparently this can’t be changed.

Very pleased with professional attitude of the team and the standard of the product and installation. I have already ordered an exterior door from Koncept.

Thomas was on time , he spoke to me about the job & the work to be done .He was very polite & courteous. Floor covering was put down inside & out..old unit removed carefully & new units installed along with various cappings & sealing, All tidied up & cleared, A very good job completed ..As you know I reported that the door handles have a lot of excess movementdue to manufacturing .

The only snag we hit was the incorrect measurement used by the manufacturer for the georgian bars in the fixed panels of the french doors. Had to be made 3 times to get it right.Highly recommended.Gary

Contractor was sourced by our builder.At the current time we have still not taken possession of the property from the builder, so can not really comment on the quality of the work etc… However, we do know that there are a number of snagging issues that will need to be addressed by Koncept / our builder before we are happy to fully approve the works.

The service we received from the Koncept team from the initial enquiry to completion of installation was excellent. Everything was dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner.

If they had taken a bit more time to install and tidy up then I would have been happy to pay final payment immediately. This didn’t transpire and I felt harassed for payment when there were still items to be resolved which soured the experience

Very pleased with finished project.. patio doors installed to a high standard. Brickwork, plastering and floor all made good and blended in with existing finishes. Issue with one door handle resolved rapidly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Koncept .

Competitively priced and a good all round service from sales advice to snagging. The installation team were punctual, friendly, tidy and completed the job to a good standard. I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it done and nothing was too much trouble. The company was very responsive and acted quickly to resolve a minor problem during installation. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and we�re delighted with the end result.

The door needed a slight adjustment after the lock became stiff a few weeks after being installed. This was sorted really quickly for us.

Disappointed with delays and cancelled appointments. Product was perfect but needed as not quite to spec. They did amend or agree to change where spec not correct though

I am not happy that I have to fill in a questionaire to download my certificate, I have already paid for this1

Sales guy great. His manager messed up, didn’t get a plasterer in on the right day. Instead of an apology I just received excuses. I had two windows and one door fitted and a little bit of plastering. I was quoted as a two day job. It took 4 days (with a break in between)! The work people arrived around 9.30 (I’d chased to see where they were) after they’d had a chat started around 10ish left at 3pm (nice work if you can get it). The supervisor did turn up at 9 on the final day to do the snagging list (which was extensive including rectifying the door which was upside down and smashing a pane of glass)I think this is because I had made 7 phone calls by this point and sent a long email with all the issues. They did sort out all the snagging to my satisfaction, and does look good now.
