A very professional job completed will definitely use again

They were excellent at explaining their window offerings, delivery timings of windows and initial installation. Tidiness was excellent too.
Unfortunately we were sent gold window handles instead of white ones.
This has been remedied, although taken from August to December to resolve.

We had good service from all employees, our only criticism is most of the window sill’s need to be rubbed down and painted due to fitter having to manage alone with heavy windows. Slightly damaged sills.

They have done a good job overall but areas of the later part of the installation got a bit sloppy and damage caused was attempted to be hidden rather than properly fixed. We also felt the salesman was a bit too pushy.

We were so pleased with this local company, after their excellent work. My daughter also decided to use the same company to replace windows in her property.

Efficient, good quality products , pleasant and good value for money. Will use again.
