Good service, however we had also agreed on supplying a new front door with arched frame. The contractors supplier let him down and he couldn't find an alternative, so we have had to instruct a new contractor to fit that which has caused several months delay on having a new front door fitted

Great service and tidy installation

I have been extremely happy with the contractor. He is really friendly and efficient with a confident knowledge of the product. The advice he gave was thoughtful and helpful. His two assistants are an absolute credit to him. I am delighted with the finished work!

We did experience manufacturing delay that Our supplier experienced with the manufacture of one of our doors, however Josh kept us fully informed, did everything he reasonably could to ensure it was supplied and installed as soon as possible and once he received the door it was fitted and completed the same day. With our bi-folds he checked in to ensure we had no issues and they were all ok. Could not fault the service, price or quality despite a delay in Installation. Will definitely be using JB again.

Overall happy with the windows. They look good and have been installed properly. The contractor was tidy and with good workmanship standards. Could be a bit more proactive in communication with customer and take extra care to ensure all the details are correct before ordering the windows.

Nice tidy job

There was a slight problem with one of the windows ( manufacturing problem, not fitting) Mr Bruce returned willingly, cheerfully and promptly to rectify it. I as the client was completely satisfied.
