Polite, prompt and very easy to deal with. I am very satisfied with job, would recommend.

We had five attempts to get the right internal doors as the builder and supplier seemed to be unable to agree on what was needed. We had to compromise as an unglazed door was installed instead of a half glazed door as requested for the utility room. We had to ask for the sealant around the French doors to be redone as it was terrible. Cigarette butts were all over the garden. Attempts to clean up at the end of the day were cursory, and we were unable to use my son’s bedroom as flooring was stacked in there without asking. It was a stressful build for everyone and we would not use them again.

Total Refurbs were excellent from start to finish. The work was completed professionally to a very high standard. The fitters were polite, respectful and left the place clean and tidy.
