We had replacement glass in some windows and a whole new back door / windows we have had issues with the door since installation, the installer/contractor has been back numerous occasions to try to resolve the problems without success, we have requested the supplier come to inspect the door to get the issues sorted but it’s proving impossible the supplier TWS are being evasive and won’t commit to a date!
