It took 4 months from the date of the first install to satisfactory completion of work.Windows were installed different to agreed schedule. 3 windows still have different profiles to the other 7 No. which we reluctantly agreed to keep. No compensation offered and full payment was still made.Didn’t turn up on agreed dates to complete remedial work.Turned up on dates when asked not to come as other contractors were on site and they caused delays with other trades.Poor workmanship, no care taken when working in house and site left untidy. Damage to windows on install.Rude staff resulting in upset and banning that member from site.Was told I was starving his company of oxygen when I didn’t pay the final invoice straight away.

Very good service and accommodating through our design changes in specifications. Good dialogue and adherence to lead time for installation from order. Met planned installation timeline. Polite and tidy installers. Would highly recommend.

They had got a lot of work on at the time and during lockdown so some delays expected. Over all a good job when finished.
