Both window frames moan like a vuvuzela when it is windy. Company tried to fix but had no idea where the noise was coming from and they still do it 5 years later. Gave up asking them to fix the issue as their customer service is slow and/or completely uncommunicative unless you hound them with emails and phone calls.

The contractor damaged my window sills and left dirty handprints on my walls. After several attempts to contact them, they finally came back and fixed the sills. We had to go with this company as we live in a block and all the windows need to be the same. However, better customer service would have been helpful.
