fitted door and windows that was not a true fit - not made to existing opening. ( from outside ) gaps either side covered with trim then filled with foam and told that was standard practice.
finish of product and fitting is untidy.
rung within two hours and pressed for payment.

Great service and workmanship

Following the installation of the doors and windows the sealant around the frames cracked and red dust was coming in around the bases of the doors and windows - we were told this was normal and didn't indicate any structural issues with the fittings. We have since had an alternative workman in to take off all the sealant on the internal frames and re-seal with an alternative wipeable sealant and clean off all the brick dust that kept coming in so the frames and seals do not show any cracks and do not allow red dust to come through that was staining the original white sealant and was impossible to wash off/remove. The internal finish was not the high standard we expected for the price.

Because these guys install these products on a daily basis they neglect the fact that customers are not as knowledgeable with the operating mechanisms therefore more communication with regards to the new installation would improve the customers experience of their new products .
However the installation was excellent throughout and the two guys responsible for the installation were indeed “top notch”

The company were excellent and very professional at all times. The installers were efficient, courteous and reliable. The standard of their work is first class and we are very happy with the work they have completed for us. We could not have asked for more and would recommend this company to anyone.
