No job was done correctly the first time. Skirting board an inch or so out of level on a mid wall join. windows supplied scratched 3 times. Window was installed off-square by approx 7mm (despite guide line), plaster skim was very uneven, contractor lied about not being able to source materials (which I sourced in a matter of minutes from the same place he said he had just called). Radiator installation doesn't heat up for over an hour after central heating is turned on and when it does it only gets warm. Despite me requesting that they stop the pipes making a clanging noise when heating up, they somehow made it WORSE.
Have caused damage to the property and got aggressive when confronted about so many issues. Very poor quality. wont be contacting the fix MORE issues due to their attitude.

The company made extra special efforts to complete the work before Christmas, in inclement weather. A hitch arose about compatibility of process with the supplier of the floor (not connected to firm), which was rectified with considerable extra effort by the builders. On the whole, the job was carried out with great professionalism and good customer liaison. A good team of craftsmen.
