The company made extra special efforts to complete the work before Christmas, in inclement weather. A hitch arose about compatibility of process with the supplier of the floor (not connected to firm), which was rectified with considerable extra effort by the builders. On the whole, the job was carried out with great professionalism and good customer liaison. A good team of craftsmen.
