Carl T and Carl M were friendly and efficient and explained exactly what they were going to do. Very respectful of my property. Tidied and hoovered up at the end of each day. Did a brilliant job and would thoroughly recommend. Windows look amazing and we are very happy with the look of them and so glad we had them done.

There was no pressure to purchase and the sales representative was knowledgeable of his product. The surveyor was diligent in ensuring that our window was suitable and would be a great fit. We have used other companies over the years but the difference between them and Wiltshire Windows is that they send two fitters to ensure the Windows are fitted properly. We bought triple glazing for the first time and there was a marked difference in the room.

Exceptional

Amazing job from the beginning until the end from their side. All communication was done on time all details discussed and agreed. The installers were knowledgeable did amazing job fast and efficiently! I will definitely recommend and use them in the future!!!!!

I would recommend them because of their good workmanship but customer service was appalling. The installers arrived over 2 hours late because they had been diverted to another job that morning, but nobody told us. On contacting the office to find out where they were, they still didn’t tell us they would be 2 hours late. When they did eventually arrive, the work proceeded well. On completion of the work, and knowing we were on holiday the following day, the office was meant to phone us later that day with payment details but didn’t, and nor did they leave a message. Very profession company from initial quote to survey and to a very skilled installation team. Windows to a high quality and very pleased with bi-fold doors. Triple glazed windows have made living on a main road more acceptable and quieter.

We found this company very professional and caring. There was no push to buy and we were given all the time to decide whether we wanted to proceed.The salesman was very polite and friendly and the installers were very kind and worked very hard to get the perfect finish. We are very pleased with the outcome.

after installation we found that 2 window panes had a flaw. the contractor came to look at it the same day we phoned and replacement panes will be installed next week. very efficient.

I feel that they rushed the first day – 7 upstairs windows installed – which resulted in some damaged walls and a ceramic tile. I asked them to be more careful with the downstairs, which they were.

initial installation resulted in damage to glass, I witheld final payment until replaced which upset the installation company. Subsequent apologies received and eventual successful replacement achieved .

Was surprised that the 10 yr guarantee is only for some parts – some are only 1 yr. other than that, (and awaiting instructions on how to fully open window beyond restrict or) a good job.

I would have preferred the curved beading at the edges of the window as I think the eye appeal is greater/better. However the flat ,30mm, bead does the job it is intended to do.

I never give 10 in surveys.The installation team lost some time at the start of the project due to traffic incident. Work involved removing 30+years timber window frames which proved hard work. New product appears excellent as envisaged & demonstrated with sample by salesman Luke (time will tell how windows weather), quality of installation appears to be very good. Management and site team communicated well, discussing plan of works etc. Perhaps the installation team could be slightly tidier in their work – a lot of stuff everywhere – they did clear up each day.

Great for the windows. Their workmanship on the replacement window sill was less good however they are not chippies and it was a hard job due to wall being off its understandable.
