I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted any glazing products. They were friendly, polite, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. The product is lovely, exactly what I wanted in spite of me changing my mind a number of times.

The customer service from everyone I dealt with was great. This started from last year when I received a cold call at a time I did not need anything doing. I said that they could call me back in a years time. They did not pester me at all and called a year later so I decided that I would give them the business.

All in all a very satisfactory process/experience.

initial installation resulted in damage to glass, I witheld final payment until replaced which upset the installation company. Subsequent apologies received and eventual successful replacement achieved .

Really please with the work that has been done this is the 2nd time we have used the company and have recommended them to the neighbours 2 have already had some work done and the 3rd is going to be having some work done. I would have preferred the curved beading at the edges of the window as I think the eye appeal is greater/better. However the flat ,30mm, bead does the job it is intended to do.
