Ross has done several windows and doors in my house and had always been excellent in terms of workmanship.

Right from the outset Ross was quick to respond to my initial telephone call. He visited the site quickly and quickly assessed what was required which was more detailed than what a previous contractor had said was required. He left it to us to choose the door and side windows but also explained the option for a handle. Once we had put our order in he gave an estimate that it would be fitted within 4 to 6 weeks. It was fitted well within this period. He has even offered to fit a new bell which we have since ordered.

He seemed to have a good knowledge of the products he used and the procedures involved through his years of experience and training. Added to this he was very reasonably priced too!
