A first class service from start to finish from Ross. Excellent communication, arrived on time, clear and helpful information, friendly and comfortable to deal with. And when there was an unforeseable problem (a chunk of plaster above a window fell down) no hesitation in sorting it out even though it wasn’t his fault.

Ross has done several windows and doors in my house and had always been excellent in terms of workmanship.

Right from the outset Ross was quick to respond to my initial telephone call. He visited the site quickly and quickly assessed what was required which was more detailed than what a previous contractor had said was required. He left it to us to choose the door and side windows but also explained the option for a handle. Once we had put our order in he gave an estimate that it would be fitted within 4 to 6 weeks. It was fitted well within this period. He has even offered to fit a new bell which we have since ordered.
