One of the windows that we had fitted began to bow and therefore had to be replaced . The hexagon bars on the outside of window came off and had to be put back on. From the day of contact telling MCB about these issues it took 8 m for him to come back, some of which were weather related some of which were not replying to my emails , text and calls. It took nearly 12m for the above issues to be resolved.
