Not the cleanest or considerate contractors.
Finishing left a lot to be desired. I Had a lot of cleaning to do afterwards. Some remedial work carried out. Given the exceedingly high cost, high standards were expected.

Transport problems. Work started 2.1/2 hours later than scheduled. Work completed next day. Good teamwork. Pleased with the work done
Extremely poor customer service and bad workmanship. Work done with a lot of defects and no interest to fix it in short time. Overall time to have windows fitted properly took one year.
Great service, very good communication throughout. The guys who came out to do the install where great. They left the house clean and tidy.It was also nice to have a follow up call to check we were happy with everything.

There were slight problems but when discussing these with the company they just went on the defensive. Like not turning up on dates promised and repeatedly requesting payment in full despite the job not being completed or to satifaction. It was apparent there was a serious lack of communication.
Fitting dates 7th 8th 9th feb 2022�Wrong front door fitted,9th feb, correct front door fitted 11 weeks later on 25th April, appointment scheduled for Thursday 14th April to change front door but after staying in all day the company decided not to show up or telephone to say appointment was cancelled.

Communication skills regarding ring backs, definitely needs addressing, Truthful reasons for delays, not excuses, preferential to customers,This is in respect of the second part of installation, Cannot fault the installers on their workmanship, of windows, they are a credit to the company

The main problem experienced with this contractor was lack of communication from the management team regarding delays in supply and fit of some parts of the contract. A promised install period of 2 and a half days actually took circa a month to complete.
Dear Customer, We are operating in very strange times, everyone is having supply chain issues, manpower and of course staff issues. Less than two months ago we lost of of our key workers to Covid, it has been tough to keep both staff and customers safe, tough it may be but saftey to everone comes first. Sorry you feel a little un happy with our customer service but we have been restricted to one person in that role, he has as we see done more than could be expect but understand your frustrations and for that we apologise. YES with Reservations due to incorrect information supplied by company representative e.g.was told would be fitted in half a day but took approx. 9 hours over 2 dayswas told waiting time for job to start 3/4 weeks , actually took 8 weeks.
Were on time cleanedUp when job was finished very pleased with the work they did would definitely recommend them to family and friends for there excellent work and pleasant friendly manner
