Wes was brilliant with helping us source 2 new windows needed for our property. He arrived on time and was very polite explaining each step of the process. Unfortunately one of the window mechanisms locks had become broken. Having to wait nearly 2 months for the parts to arrive. Wes returned to the property to fix the new parts.

I can’t speak highly enough of Wesley, and his team. Always polite, professional and friendly. Help is available to select windows, if you need it, but happy to fit windows of your choice. Always kept in contact by text before the work started. Very flexible, and changed date to start work by two days when my window manufacturer was late completing the order. The work was completed to a very high standard, preserving existing decoration. Highly recommended.
