The contractor was extremely professional. They offered excellent customer service, explaining in detail what products would be best for my requirements. I felt the price was very reasonable and the quality is excellent.

Excellent quality of product, fitting service and cleanliness during and after fitting. The doors have opened the room up to give it cleaner and brighter look.

I have rated the customer service as 10 as the information given in the showroom by Tim was excellent.
On more than one occasion they arrived late on site and one day not at all.
Cleaned up & tidied well after fitting the doors.
I can only comment that after the initial fitting of the front & rear doors looked very good, we soon experienced draughts through the doors,they then returned 3 times to try to rectify the problems but we still have draughts, I can only assume they are not trained to the required standard to fit Rock doors to the manufacturers specification.
I think if the doors were fitted & more importantly 'Set up' correctly on installation they would be more than suitable.
The manufacturers manager has confirmed the doors are not set up correctly upon installation.

From start to finish, the whole project was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Door Warehouse.
