Completed earlier than scheduled. Excellent quality of both product and work. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Every member of the design and construction teams worked in a professional yet friendly and respectful way to ensure that every detail of the design was carried out precisely as we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and where minor options were available as the build progressed we were always consulted before any decisions were made. From design conception to completion the whole project was a trouble free, stress free experience and the end result was exactly as we had hoped. We would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

Great company, professional and excellent work from all the team

The contractor was very responsive and helpful throughout the process ie from initial contact through to post installation. The products are good quality. The team carrying out the work were pleasant, efficient and cleared up properly on completion.

I love my new windows & door however I was disappointed with the double glazing units as quite a few of them had marks in between the glass. Enhance promptly replaced the units that I had an issue with but whoever supplies the glazing should carry out more thorough quality checks

On the whole a positive experience however there were a few small issues with work carried out and communication.  They needed to be reminded that whilst they do this day in day out, for the customer who has never undergone prior building work, it was totally alien to us and therefore, things could (and should) have been communicated better/clearer, thus minimising stress/disappointment our end.  

Recommendation is based on the final finished build.

They replaced the faulty door promptly haven’t used doors yet they lead to garden because of weather but otherwise fine

Amazing service, extremely professional and very thorough. Couldn’t fault them in any way.

I have marked workmanship standards down as I identified defects that were not identified by the Contractor however once notified they did rectify the defects to my satisfaction. I marked tidiness down as a small amount of demolition and brickwork debris was left which I then collected and disposed of.

Everything went very smoothly from first contact with firm to work completion. Very pleased with everything

Throughout the installation process the installers, David and Ian were polite, courteous, knowledgeable about the product and respectful of us and our property. They were punctual throughout, kept us up to date with progress and explained what they were doing. When the work was completed they cleared up both inside and outside the house. First class service and product. Highly recommended.

The sash windows we chose really compliment both in style and in keeping for the age of our property. We looked at quite a few other suppliers before electing to go with Enhance Conservatories who were the only ones who supply a sash window with seamless horns, NOT an addition, stuck on.

Quality of work excellent. Having to travel so far the time keeping made the day start a bit late. The product is high quality.

On time. Little fuss. Tidy from start to finish of job. Kept up to speed from start of contract to completion.

Excellent installation with minimum disruption, friendly and helpful installers.

The installation team always asked and gave advice on any insallation issues before carrying out the work.

I would have given 10 for tidiness if it was just inside the house but having had to have an angle iron installed above the outside bedroom window a great deal of plaster stones and dust covered the conservatory roof, gutters and ground.

Really good and would highly recommend and use again.

From initial contact throughout the standard of both customer service and workmanship has been excellent. The team arrived when they said they would and not only were the windows and doors fitted with as little disruption as possible, dust sheets were put down and all mess cleared away and I can have no complaints about anything that Enhance did. They were excellent and I shall certainly recommend them without reservation,

Their was a few problems with the finish around the windows and doors. However this was quickly rectified. Overall the company are lovely and really reliable

We were extremely pleased with this company. All personnel (project co-ordinator, technical surveyors and installers) were very professional, polite and competent. The work has been completed to a very high standard. The 2 installers, Derek and Steve, were brilliant. They worked well together and they left our property clean with no mess left behind. The windows are beautiful.

The standard of work from Enhance is exceptionally excellent! From the initial contact to the advice offered by the salesperson and surveyors to the installation and aftercare cannot be faulted

From initial visit by Steve, the salesman to the fitting of the skirting after I had decorated it was a smooth operation.Tradesmen arrived at time and day of appointment and all seemed to know each other and work together seamlessly.The only hold-up was due to very bad weather in Jan/early Feb.Absolutely delighted with work, so much so, I engaged them to fit replacement windows and a door in a flat I let.Would unhesitatingly recommend.
