Third time we have used Magnum Windows for both commercial and domestic work. 
Always been pleased with results, service and after-care.

Very happy with the work. Came on time and cleaned up afterwards. Came back straight away for a couple of tiny snags.

Very knowledgable and experienced contractor. The installers did a good job and took their time to install the window carefully.I am very pleased with the product.

Presale experience was very good with lots of advice and follow up. Once payment was made, things got quiet. But delivery and installation were on time. We had an issue with measurements so had to have one door replaced. In the end all good.

Good communication and work finished in estimated timeframe.

Experienced quite a long delay getting an updated specification drawing when the initial one had some errors on it, but apart from that have found them very good and pleased with the windows installed.

Very reliable and friendly staff.

Could be a little better on the communication side i.e. responding to emails but on the whole they were an excellent choice to install the windows and door. They let themselves down by leaving a mess and debri as well as damaging the wall and forgetting to make good before installing the window – if they done all that I would have given them a straight 10 so really the ratings do not tell the whole story.

The front sash windows are not fit for purpose and have been letting through significant draughts for nearly a year, unresolved despite weekly calls, emails and threats of legal action. To resolve, we asked another windows company to assess and quote us for repair which we are proceeding with.There is a total lack of professionalism or care and I’d recommend carefully considering Magnum’s eligibility as a certified practitioner.

Fantastic from start to finish, they did exactly what they said on the tin.Buying double glazing is a nightmare anyway, Magnum Glazing dealt with everything and are a dream to deal with.

Amazing windows. Installation was stress free, great workmanship and professional and courteous installers. Would definitely recommend Magnum Windows.
