Courteous, good workmanship and kept me informed of progress. Product so far is excellent.

The work has been of a very high standard. The workmen are very friendly and very tidy.

Gary does need help on the administrative side. He is generally responsive but the customer needs to be patient. It is worth the wait but can be very frustrating at times.

I was also unable to download the Certass certificate which was also very frustrating.

Fully satisfied with the quality of the workmanship from this contractor. All aspects of the work carried out to the highest standard. Everyone working on site was considerate and explained fully the work to be completed, polite at all times.

Generally poor and unprofessional communication from Gary at The Conservation Sash Window Company throughout the project. Workers arriving on site without prior notice on numerous occasions. We ultimately managed to resolve the issues we had with the fabrication, but the level of professionalism was poor at times. Happy with the end product, but unfortunately a sour experience to get there.

An excellent job!

Time from quote to start of work was almost 8-months, much longer than anticipated, without much communication. I was never given solid dates or timelines after asking for them, even after paying 50% deposit. I wanted to explore custom options but was not well assisted with this or the design process. I am not happy with the placement of the door handle but was told this is standard even though it's a custom product. The job took 4 days and this was also not properly communicated in advance. There were also miscommunications between workers and what they were supposed to complete. I am still waiting for the final touches to be done even though the work ended one month ago. I did request a custom colour, which was well-matched, the product quality seems good, and the owner is responsive.

Fantastic job. The windows are beautiful and in keeping with the period of the house. The installers were courteous and polite.
