Very helpful

They set very unrealistic timescales for start and completion of work. When things went wrong, the admin staff were very helpful, but we feel it has taken far too long to resolve and complete the work on our property. The initial reason for commencing the work was to obtain a fully accessible, safe ground floor for my husband who is a permanent wheelchair user. We still have a number of, albeit small, ramps and changes of levels between different rooms.

We truly recommend CCW Group Ltd. James is exceptionally knowledgeable about his glass and window/ door trade and offers good advice and suggestions. He was also very patient in waiting for our project to be at the right stage for installation. We are very happy with the finished installation which includes 3 sets of new bi-fold doors, a double door, new & replacement windows and a large apex window. The quality is excellent.
We are also very happy with all the staff at CCW Group Ltd including the showroom &, accounts staff and especially the installers who were all very tidy and courteous.

Reliability and timekeeping of on-site contractors was fine. The uncertainty regarding timing of the job as a whole and the large slippage of that both before and during the installation was something that it would have been helpful to have been warned of the need for potential flexibility on when scheduling the job.

I was asked whether the installation date that they had in mind was convenient for me – rather than being told that we are coming on that date. Otherwise, the ratings above says it all.

Windows where good however a few minor issues where identified by ourselves and the engineers who did the fitting. All issues where fixed by CCW and Flair.

Quickly dealt with an urgent door replacement.

Work done to a high standard. Materials re-used were they could and materials left with us to use elsewhere rather than dumping them. Works did not start when originally promised. Communication was on the whole good however workers would turn up without us knowing they would be on site. All workers were polite, personable and worked hard.

The installers need further training in clearing up after installation, screws, knife blades, cigarette stubs, milk carton etc left behind . Building rubble was removed onntime.
