Fairbrick Construction made the effort to fit us in before Christmas, and also tried to help out with another problem on the spur. Great service and the quality of the Velux window replacement seems really good. It has been tested with heavy rain in the weeks since it was installed, and no signs of any problems. Very satisfied.

Covid has probably put rather more stress on the team than they would otherwise operate under, so although it wasn’t the best experience, I think that was largely the problem.

The contractors were generally polite and efficient. They cleared up after the work was done.
