From first contact to completion, Essex Windows and Doors did a fantastic job. Very professional. Stayed in touch, friendly personnel, efficient and careful fitters. Took their time and take pride in their work. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend.

Some issues with the product manufacture and some fitting issues, but were resolved and customer service was very good.

Some of the glass was scratched and a large pane was badly warped. These were changed by JRDW without hesitation, which is much appreciated.

We had a query about timing on the day of installation but following a quick call this was resolved more than adequately. The customer service was great and because of this, we would highly recommend Essex Window and Door Centre.

We have had a issues with trying to get the contractors back to finish works & being let down.Also the vents have discoloured, I have reported this and have had no response at all.Not happy & would not recommend them at all to anyone.

Would recommend this company – we unfortunately just had a few tweaks needed here n there… but they always returned to sort/fix.

The fitters were very untidy. I had red brick all over my white alcove units and I had to ask for sharp instruments not to be laid on the surface. A dusty blind which was removed was laid on my bed. I also found one sitting on my dressing table. They had no concept of hygiene. The fitting was ok for the most part but a bit slap dash. Little attention to detail, not much pride in their work as I picked up two issues that ideally should have been flagged by the fitter. Communication could have been a little better. However resolutions were made.I have had guarantees for the work but not the individual products which would be useful.For the positives, the actual windows seem to be fine. I would probably use again if better fitters were used & comms were better.
