I hired the contractor thinking that he would be the one installing the windows – on the day of installations (which was delayed by an additional 5 weeks on top of the initial date) – two other people came to install – there was no mention of this which took me by surprise and i was informed the contractor was on holiday.The did do a good job of installing the windows – but also a good job of trashing my garden and cutting down a 3 year old climbing rose without my consent. Better communication, informing customers of changes and asking permission before chopping plants down would have been courteous, but instead has let this contractor down.

I am over the moon with the work that has been done by Dutton Windows and Doors – I’ve had the windows and doors done at the front of my house and it has been a complete transformation – it honestly looks like a different house! It has been excellent service from beginning to end – great communication, good price and so professional. I would definitely recommend using them and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Highly recommend Dutton Windows. Professional service from a fantastic fitters. Mr Dutton listened to what I wanted, provided suggestions, quoted quickly, arrived on time, worked quickly, neatly and courtesly. Will be getting them back to replace further windows when finances allow.
