was a lot of left mess inside,cable to internet was cut ,things off wall in downstairs toilet,fell and chipped loo seat ,set of drawers in small bedroom were all scratched ,behind the sink was a large hole ,which we paid to be done ourselves,workmanship of windows and doors were very good

I have issues with my job as the company damaged the rendering to the rear of my house and wouldn’t return to make good. I have had to pay another company to rectify.

Windows fitted well, but very difficult to pin downown to a fitting date but fitters did arrive when the date was set the day before.During installation there was some kind of solvent splashed over the newly painted walls which had to be repainted.I have chase repeatedly to obtain the CERTASS certificate and it was only done when I stated I was going to put a complaint into CERTASS.

We are very happy with the products and services provided by TBP Installations. The installation manager was very helpful from start to finish and the fitting itself was carried out by very friendly lads who knew what they were doing. There were a couple of minor �human errors� that presented themselves after the work was carried out and they were very swiftly rectified with no hassle. Would definitely recommend and use TBP again.

Quality of work and price of Door very reasonable, completed on time

Although the windows and doors look good externally there were a few internal issues, a couple of the windows had damaged the plaster when fitted and this had not been addressed, completed by ourselves All of the windows needed to be cleaned by ourselves after the work had been completed ( sticky labels leaving Mark’s). Mastic sealant on patio leaving stains, external door mat had to be thrown away. Lack of internal protection to floors and carpets had to prompt fitters to address.
