They covered my conservatory floor before taking out old door before installing new one. When one of my blinds got knocked off they made sure it was correct put back up. When they finished the job they tieted up and took away all rubbish.

The installation went very well. There were no problems and they worked very efficiently together. Very happy with service provided and the door looks great.

We did have a few issues with the doors we ordered ,hopefully these will have alerted the firm to be on the ball !!!!

They had an ongoing problem with one of their suppliers which took a considerable amount of time to rectify but it was satisfactorily resolved and we are please with the new installation and would consider using them again because they did make every effort to eventually successfully rectify the problem

The new front door was fitted well on the day. It was a pity that after placing the order in May that I had to wait 6 months for the installation.

I’ve been using Carlisle Window Systems for more than 15 years in my current and previous properties because the quality of the products is so good and the customer service is excellent.

This was the last window in the house to be changed, and all replaced by Carlisle Window Systems, hence the ratings.

My reason for downgrading the score was that small gaps were left between the finishing strips and the internal wall, and between the door jambs at either side and the walls. I ended up filling these myself with silastic. Otherwise I could not fault the service.

One of our units was slightly misaligned and was identified by fitters and immediately reordered for replacement.

Fitters have always been courteous and worked to a high standard – they’re the best part of the company. Lead time is always very long and communication isn’t great, but we have always been satisfied with the product we’ve received.

Carlisle Window Systems have been my ‘go to’ company since 2012. To date they have replaced all my windows and doors on two properties, and the roofline on my other house. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on their sales and support staff, and installation teams. Excellent company with whom it’s a pleasure doing business.

I have recommended this company as my experience with the company as a whole was great but in my experience some of there staff need better training before being left to install, but did get there after a while but has took a couple of months not the 4-5 days I was told.

Carlisle Windows have been excellent throughout. I felt well informed about the product I was buying. Installation occurred at the time that had been given. Both installers were pleasant to have working in the house while I was there. They worked hard and got the installation completed a bit ahead of time by including a third workman on the second day, which was very helpful to me. I am extremely pleased with the final look and function of the windows.

While the windows where good quality installing them could have been better.

Missed filling sealant to bottom of nine out of eleven windows.
Had to point out a spilt surrounding casing which they then replaced.
Had to get them to come back to repair some falling masonry.

The fitters were polite, informative, kept the place clean and got on with the job. We love the look of the windows but we have marked down a couple of categories due to an issue with a vent. When I called though, the lady I spoke to was excellent and dealt with the matter straight away and passed on my message to the fitters who will hopefully be out to remedy the issue soon. Hopefully, once the issue is resolved we will be able to mark those categories back up again.

THEY WERE ON TIME EACH DAY AND ON COMPLETION THE LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND TIDY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU

Had to return to refit part of the door frame as original one was damaged and ill fitted. Had to pester for them to fit the doors and to arrange a date to return.

There was an issue with 13 glazing units being damaged. Initial installation was September 2023. There has been a further 3 visits to rectify these problems and took till February 2024 to complete.

Carlisle Windows system team have been superb from start to finish.They were extremely helpful, patient and supportive at our initial stages of planning the reconfiguration of our kitchen and how we might open up the gable end of the house to form new large glass doors.Then when it came to do the work, the team were extremely efficient, clean, friendly and helpful in reassuring our anxieties about the project, including their subcontractor Dave Smith.They also have their own plasterer who again was extremely tidy and clean and made a fantastic finishing job.Work was completed in just 2 day

The fitter broke 2 windows during installation, these were replaced after 3 week

Had some issues with the design having been drawn incorrectly that meant the panel for the gable end had to be reworked. This meant that the windows were delayed and there were some issues with flaws on the glass. On the whole this was rectified to our satisfaction. We were assured by the management that all teething issues would be dealt with and they were but the admin was slow in dealing with the final amount to pay.

The windows are just two normal upvc windows so not much to shout about. Issue for me is the very long wait for installation (about 11 months). Covid gets the blame but it�s a very long time to wait!

Both office staff and installers were very polite and helpful. They kept me informed and always did what they had said they would. The installers did a great job, worked efficiently and always cleared up really well. A small problem was rectified very quickly.

It took months between the order and the installation of just one window (essential as a fire escape window and therefore urgent) and I was on the point of order cancellation. No effort was made to keep me informed of what was happening. When the job started the glass was the wrong size another was a further two week delay while new glass was procured. No-one even apologised for the serious inconvenience. The actual installers were competent and friendly and the window was of good quality, but there is no understanding of customer service.

Work took place on the dates and at the times agreed.Work generally carried out in a tidy manner.Staff were helpful and courteous. Some of the windows were rather stiff in operation initially, and required some attention to address this problem. One, in particular, needed a second remedial visit to resolve the severe stiffness after installation.

Only criticism is the length of time taken to complete the job. The order took over six months to get one new door.

Really happy!

We have had a lot of work completed with a few snagging points. They have been back to rectify and all has been fine since except the stiff door which is being sorted by the manufacturer.

There was poor communication from supplier, with regard to surveyor/fitters visits. Delay was given the excuse of lockdown lifting for surveyors delayed visit. Again supplier chased for installation date.Supplier was given sufficient time to contact me before I chased them.

This is the third time we have used this company, twice in our previous home and then this time since we moved house. we have been pleased with all the work they have done for us.

Carlisle Window Systems were recommended to me by my neighbour who said they were very good. He was right. Whilst they were fitting a window at his house I asked one of their installers for a quote which he arranged for me. Within 2 weeks a guy came to measure up for 11 windows and 2 doors. Their quote was very competitive. I paid 1/3 deposit on agreeing installation over 4 days. Despite Covid these dates were adhered to. The installers arrived on time & were friendly and very tidy. They kept me involved in any decisions regarding trim etc and each day they left you’d hardly know they’d been, everything was swept and tidied. Excellent service and their installers clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Customer service was below par. Salesman and installer were fine, customer service staff on phones were unpleasant.

Good Workmanship but they smashed the glass top of a valued piece of furniture. I found out after the workman had left. The company have agreed to repalce it after I contacted them they have been to measure the glass but I am still waiting to hear from them as to when they will fit it. The workmen should have told me they had broken it and not left me to find it after they had left.

We were very impressed by how hard the contractors worked, their care to cover floors etc and there was absolutely no mess left behind. They were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this firm and would use them again for other products.

The sales process from the initial meeting requires improvement. We were conscientious and asked all the right questions, but we were in fact spun a web… I would have appreciated more honesty and this in turn would have influenced my decision to probably stick with White, rather than Rosewood and White. Nonetheless, despite all problems the support from the team has been second to none in ensuring that we were happy.
