Very good from start to finish

If we saw something that we weren’t particularly happy with in terms of the finish in fitting, the chaps immediately made the changes.

All work was carried out and finished excellently , the fitters were very nice and payed attention to detail , all Communication from start to finish was brilliant and all questions answered within a short time , well recommend this company

Installation was carried out professionally and promptly without any disruption.

Excellent product supplied and fitted with care and consideration for existing decor and customer requirements. A truly first class company that I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to anyone. (Actually I already have!) A big thank you to Kate, Steve and the guys who fitted with great care.

The endurance door is lovely and good quality however we had issues with fitting and we had to have the frame refitted due to poor workmanship. Customer service has been good in rectifying the issues we have experienced.

Excellent. Tidiness gets a 9 only because whilst they swept up, some marks left on the pavings at the front. No to worry and fairly sure they’ll come off in the rain.

Professional and efficient.

The sales, contract and installation process was undertaken efficiently and we absolutely love the doors.

Some of the windows and door needed adjusting but they were quick to come and get it sorted.

Window company was fantastic but the contracted fitters weren�t so good

I can’t fault impressions at all. They provide us products that match our specification (bespoke). They are not high volume/low quality which gives them the ability to provide a more tactile service and spend the time on detail to quality. In this world you get what you pay for and we are really pleased with the product we get for the price we pay.
