Alan made the whole process very smooth, good communication and the surveyor fitters were excellent and super friendly.

It would have been good to see final plans to sign off on. 
I know we was excited to get going but may of been nice to have things explained more fully like how much room bifolds would take from garden room . 
Also more advice on how much reduction of light we may experience in living room due to structure

This installation was completed successfully and to an excellent standard. Retention of the existing mahogany frames and installation of trickle vents all went without any problems. Fitters were very professional, courteous and tidy.

Alan at Newlite is one of the nicest contractors I have ever dealt with. He and his team are polite, organised, tidy and punctual. Unfortunately for Alan he had to deal with us for several months longer than necessary as we chose a product that arrived with some of the glass units faulty. Although this was not his fault, he went out of his way to demand they were all replaced to our satisfaction, never once complaining and always fighting our corner with the manufacturer. It�s only when things go wrong that you find out whether you�ve chosen the right contractor. We will be forever grate

A very stressful and long installation, hampered by many instances of poor workmanship, later rectified by another member of the team after a great deal of time was given by us in highlighting these and ensuring that they were corrected. The member of the team who corrected errors did these very well. BUT we are worried due to the number of astragal bars which fell off very soon after fitting. We had not been aware this could be a potential issue.Blind damaged with glue had to be replaced and was paid for by contractor as promised.Contractor requested payment in advance of some works bein

We were lucky enough to have a good team working on the installation. Despite awful weather conditions (snow, below freezing temperatures) they were polite and cheerful and careful with the work. They were let down by the product manufacturers with delivery and quality to some extent. Quality issues, spotted by the team meant that some installed windows had to be removed and replaced at a later time while they also accepted our change of mind about window furniture, even returning to replace some.The end result fully justifies our choice of Newlite and we would have no hesitation recommen

Newlite were fantastic. Very organised, great service, lovely product.

Unsure of delivery date which my home improvement was based around. Was only a weeks delay but this put out the rest of the schedule with knock on to other jobs. On installation day, stuff required was missing and the installers where moody and unpleasant to deal with. The installers left a lot of mess in metal filings which was a concern for my pets. The finished product is excellent though and is fitted properly. I would go direct next time.
