Mike and the team installed new PVC windows and doors that have transformed the house. Mike was most helpful with supporting the new design, and what to consider along with his knowledge of building/health and safety regulations as the property will go to a tenancy. I was much impressed with the continued communication be that email and or text throughout this renovation, and l was kept up to date with any changes made ie due to weather conditions prevailing.Mike even attended the house on a Sunday to ensure work was progressing.

Mike and his team worked very hard in quite difficult conditions at time. They were very polite and courteous and nothing was too much for them. We would recommend them.

This work was undertaken 3 months ago, and it has taken a lot of chasing to obtain this certificate.They also created cracks in my outer wall during installation which they didn’t inform me of or make any attempt to repair.And they didn’t put down the dustsheets they said they would.

People involved were friendly, polite, tidy etc. Due to the number of chases and time delay in receiving receipts/certass certificates I�d say closing out customer engagements would benefit from some improvement.

We had a repair to our cedar wood conservatory go very badly which meant it had to be demolished. Mike Harrington was brought in by the roofing contractor to help. Even though we were in the pandemic and he was also extremely busy he agreed to help us out. He is very pleasant, provided excellent service and we have a beautiful set of new windows. He is very good with his young apprentices, showing them what he was doing and appreciating their work. Would certainly recommend his firm to anyone.

Summit Home Improvement were amazing from quote through to completion of works.Friendly, approachable and understanding to the needs we had here at home during a pandemic with home schooling taking this into account and being considerate.I would strongly recommend Michael’s workmanship and efficiency!
