As I raised during the process, I felt that comms with the office could have been better joined-up and more proactive between acceptance of quotation and final installation.

Happy with work done, however had to chase for Certass certification 3 months on as it didn’t seem to have been sorted.

All the lads who work.for the company are polite, tidy and friendly. We had a couple of communication issues however these were eventually solved. Our house has been transformed and looks fabulous. Thank you to the team at Gutter and Cladding company!

They haven�t finished the job and the chap that organised the installs has left and we have been left hanging with incomplete work

The only reason i have given a 7 on the customer service is because it has taken 5 telephone conversations to get a Certass cert:

Clean and tidy, very conciensous of our property.

Overall, a friendly company with easy communication. Although we had issues which needed to be rectified these were resolved quickly when raised with the company. We have asked them back to quote for further work we require done.
