Had a small problem with workmanship standard on one window. Called the company and it was rectified the next day.

Initial interaction with Danny for quotes, etc was brilliant. We would say the products offered matched our requirements, yet some were incorrect (bathroom window was meant to open from the side, not top). Communication could definitely be improved once we selected the company to replace our windows leading to the installation date.Their timekeeping for every appointment was impeccable. They finished the job in a day, but then I spent an hour cleaning up their mess, which I was less impressed with. Sadly our experience with this contractor was not great. The whole process from start to finish took almost one year. We encountered numerous issues along the way, some of which were poor quality of product and poor workmanship standards. We lost complete faith and confidence in the contractor towards the end and would definitely not use them again in the future.

Exceptional service, throughout the process. MWF provide a seamless first class service. Estimation processes was prompt, providing outstanding product knowledge tailored to meet customer needs without the hard sell so often associated with window companies. The windows were installed by a team of fitters who were organised, tidy and professional. Resulting in a great finish with no mess. We would certainly recommend MWF.

The windows are superb and exactly as I wanted them. Did have a minor problem with one of the windows with ingress of rain. Reported to MWF soon after fitting was completed. Problem identified and rectified on the 10th May 2022, so a bit of a delay in fixing it.
