I am looking to purchase external doors due to the high standard of work the contractor delivered with the window.

Friendly and efficient

The contractor met all my needs with regards to the timing of the fitting of the windows, they were courteous, very tidy, sheeted up carpets that were already ruined by other building work going on. I was really impressed with the neatness and respect shown whilst working and completing the job efficiently. 10 /10 from me and i would certainly recommend to anyone looking to have new doors and windows fitted.

Had a small problem with workmanship standard on one window. Called the company and it was rectified the next day.

Initial interaction with Danny for quotes, etc was brilliant. We would say the products offered matched our requirements, yet some were incorrect (bathroom window was meant to open from the side, not top). Communication could definitely be improved once we selected the company to replace our windows leading to the installation date.

Their timekeeping for every appointment was impeccable. They finished the job in a day, but then I spent an hour cleaning up their mess, which I was less impressed with. Workmanship standards seem good, but our opinion could change months down the line as with the product suitability.

£20 was taken off our bill, but we need to post a review of the company, which will be within the next month so we can fully access some aspects you have alluded to above.

They are very skilled and have Done a great Job on my house. They came back Many times to sort our issues. The only Problem is because they are so good, they are in high demand so it took a long time to finish the job. I like the way they Made the Frames and sprayed them. All in all i would recommend MWF.
