Has a good team; demonstrated skill in repairing the finish to neighbouring surfaces affected by the install.
Would have scored higher for customer service but have to chase FENSA certificates
Great team - very friendly and helpful and always listened to our queries and attended to them immediately. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
We had a lot of problems so not the best experience as missing items and wrong items received think ours was a nightmare job as so much went wrong
Liked the fitters though they did a good job
Good communication when we needed a quote and fitting. My issue is his after sales and sorting problems out. It took month's and month's to get our certificate's .
The contractor fitted the doors, but the hinges dropped and was asked to come to fix them but there was no follow up.
Took over 90 days to supply a Certass certificate, after a number of times of asking. Certass regulations state this is done in 21 days.
Supplied 3 keys for 11 opening windows. This is a health and safety issue. After a number of times of asking still no extra keys.
Did not supply their 10 year guarantee certificate. After a number of times of asking still no Certificate.
Did not supply a receipt for the £6k After a number of times of asking still no receipt.
Twice said they were going to fix a leak and did not turn up. Leak still exists.
Made some of the windows fit, by force, cracking cill and window.
After WR Windows were paid their customer service ended.
