Westend Windows

The work was carried out in two days and that involved nine windows and two doors, a task that I didn’t believe could be done within that timescale.The team had to remove and replace internal shutters to install the windows and they performed that task very well showing no signs of any removal. We are very satisfied with the end results and would recommend this company to anyone considering window/door replacements.

Efficient and easy to deal with

Customer service was fantastic had a couple of problems post work being carried out but Paul and the team were very efficient and helpful in carrying out the repairs.

It can be difficult to contact them at times, but can’t fault anything else about the service they provide. We’ve recommended them to friends because they are so good.

These men worked quickly and efficiently, their workmanship was first class and they cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of any of the old windows and fittings. Highly recommended

The contractor is a family run business – they offer the most amazing customer service which makes them stand out from other companies. There is no heavy selling, they are very ethical and dont push or oversell (unlike many of the companies who in my opinion do not operate in a ethical manner)They are extremely helpful right through the process.Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them.Amazing!!

Very professional, experienced and attention to detail is fantastic. The quality of the windows is far superior to that of another company we used for the first two windows we had replaced and we won’t use any other company, we will always use Westend windows. They are the only local company to us that supply and fit endurance doors, which is why we came across them in the first place. Highly recommend anyone to use them and we have; our friend was very pleased he went with our recommendation.

Windows took 8 months from order to installation, which is why I have given low marks for customer service

Delay getting door from initial manufacturer so had to change supplier. On initial ordering was told fitting would be October but was December.Pebble dash window surround but did not clean guttering, porch roof or drive way with shingle stones and white plastic shavings.

Issues arranging a date and took 8 months from instructon to completion.

Always very good workmanship and quality so worth paying a little extra. The windows are exactly what I wanted and certainly look fabulous. All fitters were polite and very tidy. Very happy with Westend and I have already recommended them to friends.

The job was rushed, against our wishes. Not cleaned up after. Called them back to reseal windows and re fit trims . However they did stick to COVID rules and were polite at all times.
