Excellent job in quick timescale

Great process start to finish from Fairway Window Systems . Stuck to the price agreed , Installed close to expected day , quick and competent install.

The original installation of my composite front door was a complete disaster owing to an inexperienced emloyee being sent to do the job. The company after originally accusing me of tampering with it finally admitted their liability and rectified it in full approximately 7 months later after several attempts and a lot of phone calls from me together with the written threat of legal action. I think I was just unlucky but after getting the sale their inspection and after service was in my opinion rubbish.

An excellent professional service. This company have fitted all my windows and doors – the after service and customer care is second to none and would thoroughly recommend Fairway Window Systems.

Scott and Lee were very professional in their work and kept the disruption to a minimum. Everything was cleaned up and removed regularly and dust sheets were used throughout. Very happy with the process and would recommend them for future business.

Slow on post maintenance faults

The fitters were friendly and helpful, however they left rubbish everywhere including down our toilets. We had to sweep the drive at the end of every day because they dropped screws everywhere, even after we had spoken to them about it.
